Avenue Groove's debut at the Celtic Cavern tonight has been postponed due to unfortunate circumstances. Please stay tuned for another date for us to perform at this new Irish pub with a musical twist, featuring comfort food and 18 beers on tap, located in the Main Street Market in Middletown, Connecticut (entrance on the Melilli Plaza side, as pictured above).
Avenue Groove plays R&B/funk/dance music by Chic, Donna Summer, Earth, Wind & Fire, Jackson 5, KC and the Sunshine Band, Thelma Houston, and Whitney Houston, among many others. The group features Laura Noonan on lead vocals, Peter DeFazio on bass and lead vocals, Stephen King on keyboards and lead vocals, Eric DellaVecchia on saxophone and vocals, Joe Grosso on guitar and vocals, and Andy Chatfield on drums.
