Message from State Senator Len Suzio Regarding Cable Credit

Credit Available to Comcast and Cox Customers

Comcast and Cox Communications will issue credit to customers who lost service during the recent storm.

Customers need to let the companies know how long they were without service.

Contact Comcast by calling 1-800-COMCAST (1-800-266-2278) .

update: If you are having difficulty getting credit from Comcast for your lost service during the recent storm, I urge you to do the following:
1) Call Comcast back at 1-800-COMCAST (1-800-266-2278)
2) When you reach an operator, ask to speak to the RETENTION representative, explain the circumstances of your lost service and demand the reduction.
3) If you run into further problems, please call my office at 1-800-842-1421.
4) If you call me after hours, leave your name and phone number on the voice mail. I will follow up with Comcast on your behalf.
Please also note that Cox Communications is issuing credit to customers who lost service during the recent storm. Just let the company know how long you were without service. Contact Cox Communications at 860-436-4269 or NewEngland.Services@cox.com .
