Each election, NEAT hosts a Meet the Candidates Event. It is a chance to talk to candidates running for local office in an informal setting. There is no panel and no speeches...just a chance for interesting, engaged conversation about the issues facing Middletown this year. Bring questions and seek out the candidate that you most want to learn about.
Where: Green Street Arts Center
When: Wednesday, October 5th at 7 pm.
Who: Everyone is welcome!
We will have refreshments and childcare for the kids.

How are we supposed to comparethe candidates positions if they are just shaking our hands and smiling? This is nothing but a fluff event. How about a real event or is that too much trouble?
