What? I thought the music outside was over. I thought that was part of the deal for getting "what's his name out" of there.
My understanding of the primary issue with the music at HarborPark was the volume level was so high it was causing a sound nuisance. I doubt that a jazz vocalist would present the same loudness problems as plugged-in rock bands.
Give them an inch....we'll see.
