Mayor Sebastian Giuliano has announced that St. Sebastian Church and Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate will be hosting an open house Saturday November 13, 9:00 - 9:45 at the former St. Sebastian School at 61 Durant Terrace. No indication that snacks or cocktails will be served.
The city is considering the acquisition of the building for a Senior Center and municipal office space.
The owner is asking $975,000 (click on picture of flyer above for all the details).
