Wesleyan Study Seeks Subjects for Respite Care Research

Researchers at Wesleyan University are conducting a study with parents of children with developmental disabilities regarding views on respite care. Respite care provides both socialization for children and time-off for parents. We are working on behalf of a local non-profit organization interested in improving respite care services in the community and are looking to conduct brief, confidential interviews with families regarding their perspective on respite care needs. All participants are eligible to win a $100 gift certificate to Stop and Shop. If you have a child with developmental disabilities, or know of any eligible families, please leave your contact information either through email at respiteinfo@gmail.com or through phone at 860-685-2871. Thank you.
