Middletown based theater group Middle City Stage Company will be performing the the play "The Woolgatherer" by William Mastrosimone tonight at 8:00 PM at Oddfellow's Playhouse. The play, featuring Anita Vlad and Michael Eck is directed by Kelly DiMauro and Anne Cassady and features music by local musician Kristen Graves. Prior to the performance there will be readings by poets from the Riverwood Poetry Series. The play runs October 3rd at 8pm and October 4th at 2pm.

"The Woolgatherer" is the premiere performance for the newly formed Middle City Stage Company. The Middle City Stage Company is committed to providing theatre productions, coupled with other forms of art, in order to provoke thought and dialouge about the anguish, absurdity, humor and beauty inherent in the human condition.
